Order processing is determined by source, so orders are taken via API from your systems or websites, such as Shopify, Squarespace, Not on the High Street, Magneto and Linnworks. Don't have a system yet? No problem, they can be sent to our IT team digitally. We also provide a mail order service for handling manual orders and general enquiries.

We can ship both Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) orders. With experience in shipping to most main retailers including Amazon, John Lewis and Selfridges, rest assured that your orders are in the right hands.

Our fully trained warehouse staff, with the assistance of our state of the art warehouse management system make for an efficient and effortless picking and packing service.

From the moment the lorry doors open, we start caring for your stock. Your goods are quality checked to your specification upon entering the warehouse by our stock team. It is then counted into the stock management system before being given its location in your dedicated racking space in our fully insured warehouse.

Using our management system, you have a live count of your stock at your fingertips 24 hours a day. Know when you need to order stock at a click of a button and follow trends to see which products are selling best for you.

We can provide you detailed reports on your stock levels and outgoing order fulfilment, whether within your own website administration system or via bespoke reporting.

Carrier 3PL has an extensive 80,000 square feet of modern fully insured warehouse capacity, offering bulk storage, palletised and dedicated racked storage, pigeonhole picking faces, and fulfilment areas. With our brand-new security system and CCTV, you can rest knowing that your products are completely safe and protected.

For high value goods we have dedicated secure storage areas. Access to our premises is on demand only, so no members of the public are able to enter at any time without prior permission.
